Information you provide
The form saves your name, email address, organisation, selected service, message and submission time in the Site’s enquiry database. A temporary hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions.
Purpose and access
These details are used to review and respond to your enquiry. They are not publicly displayed. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or automatically forward details to our strategic partners.
Who handles your enquiry
Frontier Digital is a technology division of RFC Global (Pvt) Ltd. Enquiry information is held in the website’s database for review by Frontier Digital and is processed using the website’s hosting infrastructure.
Information saved in your browser
The contact form temporarily stores an unfinished enquiry in your browser’s session storage so you can return to it during the same browsing session. This saved copy is cleared after a successful submission.
Privacy enquiries
To ask about information you have submitted, or request its correction or deletion, use our contact form and select General enquiry. Include “Privacy enquiry” in your message and the email address used for your original submission.
